State House, Banjul, 13th August 2025: His Excellency Dr. Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone and current Chairman of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), is expected in The Gambia on Thursday, 14 August 2025, for an official visit.

Following his scheduled arrival at the Banjul International Airport for 2:00PM, President Bio will have a meeting with President Barrow at the State House which will be followed by a private dinner.

A press conference will be held on Friday, 15 August 2025, at 10:00AM at the Banjul International Airport before departure.
